Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aura AI Visibility (the "Service"), operated by Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ ("Aura AI", "we", "us"), a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Aura AI Visibility scans publicly accessible resources of a domain and produces a report estimating how readable, understandable and citable that domain is for AI search engines. The free tier provides an on-demand report; paid tiers (Monitor, Agency) add recurring scans, citation sampling and related features as described on the pricing section of the site.

2. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: the scanner reads only public pages, so you may scan any public domain — your own, a client's, or a competitor's for reasonable competitive research — but you must not use it to target private individuals, overload any site, or attempt to circumvent the Service. Every successful scan is published at a permanent public results address, as described in the Privacy Policy.

2a. Server logs you send us (Monitor and Agency)

If you use AI-crawler traffic analytics you send us lines from your own server access logs. You remain the controller of that data and warrant that you may share it with us; we act as your processor, use it only to produce your analytics, keep only lines from recognised crawlers, discard human-visitor lines on receipt, and delete the data as set out in the Privacy Policy. Ask support@aaivisibility.com for a signed data processing addendum if your compliance programme requires one.

3. Accounts and access

Parts of the Service may require you to provide an email address or complete a checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your email and payment methods secure.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid tiers are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe, our payment processor.
  • Prices are shown on the site and may change; changes apply from your next billing period.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable; contact us if you believe you were billed in error.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its scanning engine, scoring methodology, design and content, is owned by Aura AI and protected by intellectual property laws. "Aura AI Visibility" is a trademark of Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ. Reports generated for you may be used for your own business purposes, including sharing with your clients under the Agency tier.

6. AI output disclaimer

Reports are produced by automated analysis and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Scores are estimates, not guarantees of how any AI engine will actually treat a domain. Outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may apply rate limits to protect the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (or USD 100 if you have paid nothing).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aura AI against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, including scanning domains you were not authorised to assess.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 6, 8 and 9) survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
